Hengelhoef Concrete Joints is a classic example of a true spin-off. HCJ branched off from Werkhuizen Hengelhoef Industrial Contracting on 01 January 2007, becoming an independent self-reliant public limited company (NV) specialized in the development and production of expansion joints for industrial floors.

To take full advantage of our specialized growth, all production activities and means regarding expansion joints are separate from Werkhuizen Hengelhoef Industrial Contracting. Thus, drawing on more than 30 years of knowledge and experience, we create a framework of optimal conditions for further growth and development. As a result of this new structure and mission, we have created revolutionary solutions in existing dilatation problems. The Sinus slide® solution in a first stage and the Cosinus Slide®  flooring concept in a second stage have definitely ushered in a new era in industrial flooring dilatation technology.
